The bread was fresh and warm and the beef carpaccio was good. My lobster was undercooked badly in my pasta and and the lab chops were overcooked and lacked flavour. The tiramisu was a generous portion and above average in taste.

It’s a great experience the dining room is noisy though. The piazza area is quieter. Food was excellent but service was slow. Liquor pours are very minimal. Overall good.

Fabulous service with friendly staff who made great suggestions and recommendations. Food was delicious with drinks serve cold, and the entrées coming steaming hot.! Absolutely perfect! Earls has a menu that suits any taste and the freshness is top-notch Great open and Aries surroundings at the Sherway location. This is my second visit and I will definitely be back again

Food was good as always! The Keg knows how to make my medium rare Chicago rib steak perfectly. Everyone in our party of 5 was pleased. What was less than stellar was our server. She was very pleasant, yes, but she took a long time between checking in on us. We were in the bar area and the tables there tend to be smaller than in the dining room. She didn't remove the used side plates which we already stacked neatly for her or the empty drink glasses. She didn't return to ask us if we wanted to order more drinks. She didn't replenish the water - we had to ask for it after one of her long absences. She didn't hand us a dessert menu - assuming that we were content to eat my sister's Billy Miner's bday dessert! We had to ask for a to go bag for our 3 to-go boxes. In the past, the server would bring out the bag with the boxes. I still tipped but truly wasn't thrilled. If she had been more attentive, she could have had a bigger bill and tip. So, long story short: the food was solid. The service was lackluster this time.
