Bar des Prés Mayfair is chef Cyril Lignac's first international opening; an evolved version of his original restaurant in the Saint-Germain neighbourhood restaurant in Paris.
Behind the deep blue facade, a chic, charming space spread across two floors. The restaurant boasts a cosy ambience, take a seat within the velvet booths, or at the Italian Giallo Real marble counter, where our expert Bar team combine Parisian signatures with London favourites.
Taking inspiration from the esteemed restaurant in Paris; Chef Cyril Lignac’s menu has seasonality at its core, effortlessly combining French know-how with modern Japanese individuality and techniques.
Nestled below the restaurant, the Lounge provides a vibrant space for pre or post-dinner gatherings and casual suppers, with a live DJ performing every Thursday – Saturday from 6pm.

Franco’s boasts a colourful heritage and loyal client base thanks to its legendary relaxed style, friendly service and fantastic food thanks to Italian Chef, Stefano Turconi, who presents genuine, refined cooking, presented with a modern flare. For those going to the theatre, arrive from 5:30pm for the theatre menu priced at the same cost as the set menu.
Franco’s beautiful private dining room which can be split in two separate rooms accommodating 34 on one long table, 50 in the whole of the lower ground or 14 in the wine cellar.
