- TTracyGreater Boston •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoThe Red Lion Inn is iconic. Quintessential New England and always a joy to visit. Our lunch today did not disappoint. All tasty and well presented. The portions are modest for the price but leaves room for dessert. Apple pie, warmed Camabert and chocolate mousse were not only beautiful to look at it but mouth watering delicious. The Service was excellent! A must go to, if you’ve never been. And if you have, go back!More infoThe Red Lion InnPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Stockbridge•4.4
- MMarilynGreater Boston •4 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoAnother exceptional experience at The Barn. My husband's 75th birthday and his Black Russian drink was delicious. For food, we ordered a calamari appetizer, Scottish salmon, and rib-eye steak. Everything was perfectly cooked and beautifully presented, A special eggnog rice pudding was offered as a dessert option, we shared it, and it was complimentary. Service was attentive. We will be returning to The Barn--they have kept their quality and service at a high standard.More infoThe Barn Kitchen & Bar at The Williams InnPrice: Expensive• American• Williamstown•4.7
- NNancy ElizabethVIPGreater Boston •12 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoWe are always looking for a place for Sunday Brunch. In our area brunch is seasonal and during this visit it was the first Sunday brunch of ski season. We were so pleased they were open! The kitchen gave us an outstanding brunch - perfectly cooked eggs and steak, delicious hollandaise, lux salads and a special chocolate desert for my mom, turning 92. We celebrate her birthdays now with as many adventures and lovely food experiences as we can and Hermitage is first on the list. The staff and the owner of the Hermitage always make their guests feel special. We found the perfect bottle of wine in their extensive cellars and enjoyed our experience immensely. The snowfield view out the windows and the cozy atmosphere of the Tavern room provided us with the perfect place for a good old fashioned family catch up. Our waitress was just delightful and the owner opened our wine for us and chatted a bit. Thank you Hermitage. We will come back for brunch as long as you offer it this season. There is nothing that comes close in the area.More infoThe Hermitage InnPrice: Expensive• American• West Dover•4.5
- JJeniCentral and Western MA •1 review5.0Dined on 7 Dec 2024Outstanding Night Out. Has several vegan options for my husband. Menu items all unique, creative and delicious. Server was genuinely and attentive. Atmosphere industrial chic, although it was a bit chilly next time...next time will dress in more layers. Actually, we enjoyed having to go two doors down to a distillery for our drinks which were AMAZING. We will definitely be back soon! Congratulations to the new owners!More infoSTATE Food + DrinkPrice: Moderate• American• North Adams•4.9
