Discover Lewiston
Lewiston is a small inland city located in southern Maine. As with many other communities in New England, it is known for lobster in all shapes and forms. Between lobster rolls and lobster sandwiches, this theme is evident throughout the area’s diners and restaurants. Using lobster from the coast and nearby fisheries, chefs are able to serve what’s been called some of the highest quality seafood on the East Coast. Italian food is another specialty in Lewiston, found in the Italian district on South Avenue, where this cuisine is served for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
