- AAmandaOaxaca •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoOur service was incredible. Drinks were delicious. I had the suckling pig clay pot and it was the best meal I had all week. My hubby had the duck tacos which were also fabulous. We shared the ceviche and while it is very different than what we are used to it was absolutely delicious. I recommend this restaurant. It is located in a less busy area outside of centro so a little removed from big crowds.More infoCASA OAXACA ReformaPrice: Expensive• Traditional Mexican• Oaxaca•4.4

- KkarenVIPSeattle / Eastern Washington •2 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoVery fun time tasting 7 moles as well as 6 salsas! Once you taste each mole you can order 3 different moles along with 3 different proteins so you can have a complete experience comparing these wonderful flavors. Staff was very attentive and the meal was delicious!More infoLos PacosPrice: Very Expensive• Mexican• Oaxaca•4.6
- IIsaacSan Francisco Bay Area •41 reviews5.0Dined on 8 Feb 2025I don’t understand why this restaurant wasn’t packed. The food and price point are excellent. We met the owner and his wife, the chef. They are charming and excellent guides to the cuisine. We found the indoor seating to be airy, yet warm and quiet, which we preferred to being upstairs on an open balcony in February. Their speciality is the moles, all seven of which are offered, and we finished every bit of the two that we were given with our dishes. The watercress salad had the most awesome local tomatoes (in February, no less). Dessert for us was an amazing chocolate layer cake with buttercream and chocolate mousse in each layer, studded with truffles. With a tad of syrup the cake would have been perfect. It was a touch dry. My only comment was that we arrived early in the evening and communication with staff was hard, because we didn’t speak spanish well. In about 15 minutes a native english speaking server was on the scene, who would have solved our issue. Highly recommendedMore infoChichilo OaxacaPrice: Very Expensive• Mexican• Oaxaca•4.5
- KKayleeOaxaca •2 reviews5.0Dined on 6 Feb 2025This was the best mole (by far) that I found in Oaxaca city. In my opinion the food and service was better than other Michelin restaurants I tried in the city. The space is quaint and the waiter we had in the afternoon was knowledgeable and attentive. I ended up at La Olla twice on my trip because of how amazing the food and service was.More infoRestaurante La OllaPrice: Expensive• Mexican• Oaxaca•4.4
