The food was great and the wait staff were very attentive. The view of the lake made it a perfect setting.

The team sat us in a private room when the only available table was at the front door. Very customer oriented. Great service!

Jacob was a fantastic waiter. Couldn’t ask for a better server.

To be clear, I’m a big fan of the Bedford Springs resort, but the upscale dining options there have always felt…underwhelming. I dined on a Saturday night in the Crystal Room. I like the way the Crystal room presents, with simple, but classic decor right in the heart of the hotel. But the menu is very conservative and rather limited, and quite expensive, so it can’t help but be a little disappointing. My partner had the salmon and I had the pork medallions: both were good, solid, well prepared, and flavorful. Our server was very nice, attentive and charming. Our food came out in a very timely fashion. I’ll dine there again I’m sure, and my guess is that when I do I will again wish the prices matched the overall experience a bit better.

My friend and I had the three branches dinner . It was so delicious! Preceded by a glass of champagne. The host told us the story of the restaurant and the property. The server was excellent. We were stuffed so had no room for dessert. The chef was kind enough to wrap it to go. Worth the trip from Ohiopyle!
