Service is impressively fast, though like many restaurants in Munich, staff may face challenges with English, which could be a minor inconvenience for international guests. Overall, this restaurant offers a delightful and quintessentially Bavarian dining experience, making it a great choice for both locals and tourists. Highly recommended for its food, beer, and cultural charm.

Delicious Indian food we were craving after hitting a wall with Bavarian food 😊. Servers were very kind, affording those of us that only speak English to look befuddled at times trying to understand. Very polite staff and attentive to us every step of the way without being intrusive. Hats off to the chef also!! Will return!

My family of 3 shared Christmas lunch at Brenner this year while visiting Munich. It was easily one of the best meals we’ve ever had, and certainly at Christmas. We were seated by the pasta kitchen, so got to watch many of the dishes being made before we ordered. Every dish we had was lovely: beef with potatoes and béarnaise, tagliatelle with beef ragout, grilled prawns, crème brûlée, apple crumble and home made bread. The service was excellent, the restaurant beautiful. We really enjoyed this lovely surprise. Thanks to the restaurant staff for working through Christmas. They made the occasion very special for us.

This bar is a staple for us whenever we visit Munich. Best coffee, best tiramisu, best atmosphere, a piece of Italy!
