- PPhilPhiladelphia County •1 review5.0Dined on 2 Mar 2025Four blooms was a great dining experience. The servers were so polite and allowed our young child the time to order all by herself(she is shy when talking to people she doesn't know). The only complaint is the food was visibly cooked as order but some of it was lukewarm and sauce was forgotten by the food runner but the server grabbed the sauce quickly for us and apologized for the inconvenience.More infoFour BloomsPrice: Expensive• American• Wilkes-Barre•4.6
