Even the accompanying carrots were cooked perfectly. My husband’s Rinderroulade was delicious also. We speak only a little German but the staff kindly used English with us. Our group included one baby, and we were provided with a baby-chair but it was ridiculously short for the Hochtisch. I would suggest that you find solutions to make everyone comfortable, e.g. by not limiting bigger groups to the higher tables. You should keep in mind also that not everyone is feeling comfortable sitting on high chairs.
