We decided to return the day after VDay (2025) for a late celebration and luckily she was our server once again, And even after 6 months had passed she not only remembered us but remembered our entire order. Kim’s energy, personality and customer service is wonderful it’s hard to find people with such positive welcoming qualities. We will definitely continue to make the 1hour 30minute drive not only for the food but for Kim. All were delicious and had that homemade taste- not over-seasoned/ salted like many other restaurants do. Entree portions were generous & easily split without feeling like you didn’t get enough to eat. The center cut filet came out a bit undercooked to preference but our server promptly took it back & brought the plate out with properly cooked steak with new sides also. We appreciated the attentiveness of the wait staff. Cocktails were great and the butter cake was a yummy dessert to share. My wife and I will always return and bring friends and visitors because we trust Canon. My only request is please get some non alcohol beer. Literally the biggest trend in food and beverage right now, everyone has great ones… and $8 bitter sodas are just not where it’s at. From the moment we arrived, the staff was attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home. We kicked off our culinary adventure with the tantalizing Tuna Tartare, bursting with flavor. The lobster bisque was out of this world, rich and creamy—every spoonful a delight! For the main course, my husband savored the juicy pork chops, while I indulged in the exquisite sea scallops that danced on my palate.
