Overall, we were very pleased with our dining experience. Unfortunately, the crowd noise was extremely high and distracted us from the meal. (This was not the restaurant's fault. It could be a sign of success.) More importantly, the food was excellent, and the waitstaff was attentive. The ambiance is candlelit tables and dimmed lighting. There is a bar/lounge that is packed with a lively clientele. We left before the DJ was to go on. There is live entertainment scheduled on weekends. I highly recommend Forte for date nights, and family or friend gatherings.

What a fun find! The service was friendly and attentive. The appetizers of lamb meatballs and eggplant rollatini were fantastic! Branzino was great! Wished the special seafood pasta dish had a lighter sauce than the heavy tomato sauce. Desserts were great! Might be nice to have more wines by the glass than by the bottle, but overall a great restaurant. We will be back!

Always the best! Our waitress was so nice and responded to all our needs. Everything is so well taken care of at Capt Loui, every time. We had king crab, lobster, snow crab, and shrimp. Some with no sauce and some with mild, and a small side of hot sauce to mix in where we wanted heat. Side of drawn butter, with rice, fries, noodles and extra corn and potatoes. All in all, it was divine!

If you like Colombian food, then you'll love this place. We enjoyed well done chicharrón, chorizo, rice, beans, maduros, a perfectly fried whole fish - red snapper, tostones, and a variety of other dishes. While it can get quite crowded, the food and drinks are worth it. I had a passion fruit mojito that was delicious, and also tried the red sangria, which stood out as one of the best I’ve had, even compared to other Colombian and Cuban spots.
