- CCarrieVIPDallas - Fort Worth •11 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoReally solid mountain-side hotel dining. Don’t expect fine dining, but do expect a warm environment with good cocktails, wine and food. Highly recommend the Caesar if you’re good with Brussels sprouts and the stracciatella starter. Kids loved the pizzas.More info192 at The BlakePrice: Expensive• Contemporary Italian• Taos Ski Valley•4.5

- DDavidPhoenix / Arizona •51 reviews5.0Dined on 27 Feb 2025We really enjoyed a lovely meal in the main dining room which is beautiful with its comfortable leather chairs and old metal chandelier. Our server Sean was attentive and helpful. He did a great job. The food was outstanding. The chicken schnitzel is unlike any other I’ve ever had and was moist with a wonderful sauce over wilted spinach. My wife’s chile relleno was also very unique and delicious. The cocktails were perfect and we really enjoyed the evening. More infoDe La Tierra at El Monte Sagrado ResortPrice: Expensive• Regional American (Southwestern)• Taos Ski Valley•4.6
