- LLoriHouston •1 review4.0Dined 3 days agoThe restaurant is beautiful and the staff very welcoming and attentive. Perhaps it was the time or night we came but there were a lot very loud upset kids. I understand that’s not the restaurants doing but if you’re expecting a quiet evening full of conversation this may not be the place as it was very loud. The appetizers were fabulous and the Ahi Tuna was the best I have ever had! Definitely a must try! I had the Chicken Parm for my main course and unfortunately it was just adequate but still pretty good. The Broccolini as a side was tasty and the chocolate cheesecake to finish was so rich and creamy. All together we had a really nice time and the food was good for the price. I would like to come back for a happy hour perhaps or enjoy what looks like a lovely patio in the spring. I just wish it was quieter and my main dish was as good as everything else. I recommend, but go in knowing it’s more of a family friendly place than a romantic date night place.More infoAmerigo’s Grille – The WoodlandsPrice: Expensive• Italian• The Woodlands•4.7

- MMicheleHouston •18 reviews4.0Dined on 23 Nov 2024Great service, great ambiance, good prices. The food was okay, but not great. The salmon was overcooked and the chicken Marsala needed more flavor, but overall decent food. The wine selection is great. A great place to visit with great service.More infoEnvy Wine RoomPrice: Expensive• Wine Bar• Spring•4.7

So, was the Mac and cheese and the blackberry cobbler a la mode. We highly recommend this restaurant.More infoLynn's Table - Formerly Ellen's CafePrice: Moderate• American• Spring•4.5

Discover Spring
CNN Money named Spring, Texas, one of the most affordable places to live in the state. This city, which is located just 24 miles from Houston up Interstate 45, also has many great restaurants. Most have a cosmopolitan flair not found in other small towns. With Texas raising more than 2.42 million cows in feedlots each year, it is not surprising that many restaurants take advantage of red meat to make delicious dishes such as shredded beef cooked in tomato-red wine sauce, hamburgers, chicken-fried steak, and beef and ricotta cannelloni. Since this city is located only about 75 miles from the Gulf of Mexico, many dining spots also specialize in serving clams, calamari, scallops, fish, mussels, and other seafood.
