I like a filet or a NY strip but tonight Jay recommended the Wagyu Bone In Kansas City Strip and I’m glad he did. It was the best tasting steak that I’ve had in a long time. It was cooked (MR) and seasoned perfectly. It truly melted in your mouth. I had to forgo most of my potato so that I could finish that 18oz beast. It has now set the standard. My wife had a salad and a filet both of which were prepared perfectly. The highlights of the evening were Jay and that Wagyu. There were four of us, and we reserved the Dart Room, which was perfect—it gave us space to play darts while enjoying our food and drinks. The beer flights were a fun way to sample different brews, and the food was delicious. The hush puppies, in particular, were a standout—definitely a must-order! Our server was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed.
