Only one issue, the ladies toilets were not up to standard, there was dust on the skirting boards and marks on the doors and walls in the cubicles. In one cubicle there was a loo brush covered in residue of toilet paper. It was also very cold in the ladies toilets. Staff went above and beyond and even bought out a small cake with a lit candle, this was a lovely touch and was very sweet of them. The food was all so delicious as well as the tea.
