- AAlisonWisconsin •7 reviews5.0Dined on 1 Jan 2025Once again, the Statehouse delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish. We brought two out-of-town couples to the New Year's Day brunch. Our original table was so close to the live band that we would have had difficulty talking with each other; we inquired about possibly being reseated and were immediately and graciously accommodated (even though we were a party of 6). Service was extremely attentive and efficient, without ever making us feel rushed. Having not seen each other for over a year, our group also lingered past the official morning seating close without incident. And of course, the food: heaping portions beautifully presented. The french toast and the pancakes were particular stand-outs! The Statehouse never disappoints -- the food, the service, the view, and the overall ambience are unparalleled in Madison!More infoThe StatehousePrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Madison•4.5
- MMichelleSan Diego •2 reviews5.0Dined on 29 Dec 2024I wish I could have checked something less than outstanding for any of the questions, just so I could highlight how truly outstanding the service is. It's so obvious that this restaurant is well-managed. Pleasant, sincere staff who make you feel like the only people there, even when the house is full. Food is absolutely scrumptious and beautifully served. And it's all just so dang pretty. The right people got their hands on this beautiful building. Our group has decided to make this Sunday brunch a monthly outing.More infoPaoli Schoolhouse American BistroPrice: Expensive• Farm-to-table• Madison•4.8
