Seven Meadows Restaurants

We recently dined at The Federal Grill - Katy and had a fantastic experience. We started with the Cheeseburger Egg Rolls and Bang Bang Shrimp appetizers—both were packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. Before our entrées arrived, we were served their delicious bread with their unique take on orange marmalade, which was a delightful surprise—sweet, tangy, and the perfect complement to the warm, fresh bread. For our main courses, we had the Blackened Chicken Pasta and Chicken Fried Chicken, both of which were excellent. The seasoning on the pasta was spot on, and the crispy breading on the chicken was perfect. The service was attentive and friendly, making our dinner even more enjoyable. From start to finish, everything was top-notch, and we’ll definitely be back for another great meal!

Everything was fantastic! The food was delicious, the drinks were tasty, and Michelle was an incredible server. We enjoyed every minute of our meal!!

I was apprehensive going on valentines night, only because in past experiences, restaurants are usually short-staffed and it’s too crowded. Gauchos did a fantastic job, they didn’t overcharge or have a limited menu for food just because it was Valentines night like the majority of restaurants do. Food came hot, waiters did a great job periodically checking on you since it’s really more of a self-serve type…

The food was excellent. The cheesy roasted cabbage wedges were alittle bland but that was the only complaint about the food. The scallops might be the best scallops I’ve ever had. We were seated directly in line with the entrance so everytime the door opened I would get a breeze against my back. Would probably ask for a different table next time. Service was excellent, the waiter had an excellent feel on just how often to check in on how we were doing.

Fabulous as usual. This place never disappoints. We were surprised to see a few new menu items. I love the ability to add shaved truffle to my meal… amazing. I had the Risotto di Carne, it was very creamy and full of flavor, the shaved truffle took it to another level that left me blissful. Hubby always gets the Chicken Parmesan with angel hair… he loves it every time. They added bread service a while ago and it is always fresh with a nice soft inside. My only complaint is the table tops are too low… I’m only 5 feet tall and still have a slight bend to my torso if I rest my arm on the table. The chairs have a slight recline backwards both the table & chairs are awkward when trying to have a conversation with the person across from you. So you have to sit up straight to not feel awkward… I want to relax at dinner.
