We have had some places where we were not served very well or our food wasn’t prepared at the same time. Ron’s restaurant was not like this at all, We had wonderful food and it was all served at the same time by a very friendly staff who even sang happy birthday with us. The restaurant was very well decorated and clean, in a nice location downtown Anderson with easy parking access. Several of our friends mentioned that this restaurant would be very popular in the Indianapolis area but this small town traffic and hospitality was very much appreciated by all. Great service and tasty mixed drinks; I especially liked Hayden’s Special Sidecar. Dinner was in a small front room with three tables; however one was a large party of 12-15 people so it was a bit louder than expected. The crab cakes, filet and ribeye were delicious, my date was doubtful it would live up to the price point, but even he stated that dinner exceeded his expectations.
