The staff, Ethan, Ethan and Andrew were extremely knowledgeable and informative. The gin, ryes and bourbons we had the chance to sample were outstanding. Very intimate experience. The outstanding goat cheese made on site has been a topic of conversation for the last month, and the entire meal was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. The dining room is perfectly appointed and the bar is lovely. Staff is fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable.
