As two industry workers, it's always interesting to be on the other side of service as we are so consciously aware of everything going on around us. Elise did a fabulous job of reading our table and providing the perfect balance of attention/interaction throughout service. That is truly the art of serving/bartending. We all shared the famous fish and chips which was spot on. Two of us ordered the innovative summer salad, me with salmon and mine with their burger patty. Last gust had the chx caesar salad.
