- NNickVirginia •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoWe've been here two times. Both times, there was no wait (we had reservations), the wait staff(Serenity) was amazing, and the food was absolutely incredible. We have tried 4 entrees total and would have all of them again. We have officially named this is our favorite restaurant in the area.More infoBee & ButterPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Radford•4.5
- DDavidSouth Carolina •31 reviews4.0Dined on 5 Feb 2025We may have been the only guest in the lodge and were definitely the only diners at Harvest. There was another time we came midweek in the winter and had a similar experience. As a result, the bartender in the lounge became our waiter, and there was no maitre de. So, things were slow, but we were in no hurry. It would have been an issue if we had to leave and drive down the mountain. The food was great, and the staff was very accommodating.More infoHarvest - Mountain Lake LodgePrice: Expensive• Farm-to-table• Pembroke•4.5

Discover Hinton
As an old rail town, Hinton is a place steeped in history and comfort foods with classic home cooked meals like fried chicken, mashed potatoes and white gravy, buttermilk biscuits and tall glasses of iced tea. Contemporary Southern restaurants give classic recipes a new spin with firecracker salmon that's served with fresh baby greens and rice noodles with hot cucumber kim chee. Seafood is a favorite option with freshly caught choices like steamed little neck clams and mussels or fresh Boston haddock with fries and house coleslaw. Contemporary French is one option you may not expect to see in this area, but you can dine on a grilled veal chop with a hickory and wild mushroom sauce at a local bistro.
