Coal Harbour Restaurants

We dined at Joey's on our 3rd evening in Vancouver. So far it is our favorite! The vibe was lively and the service attentive. But the food! There was such good variety for my husband and my varied tastes. I had the steak and sushi along with the house salad. I have never tasted such delicious and unusual sushi before! The aburi sushi was new to me and very much enjoyed. I ate every bite. My husband had the chicken parmesan. It came artistically presented with the noodles spun atop the chicken. The chicken was moist and delicious and balanced well with the imaginative house salad. The prices were reasonable for downtown Vancouver.

Outstanding food and service. We sat at the Chefs Table where we looked directly into the kitchen. Wonderful experience. 10/10 would recommend for anyone.

We had a fabulous experience from the coat check-in, to seating, to the meals. We had the cheese for two as starters, Caesar’s salad that was so good - the dressing was made tableside. Our steaks were made to perfection. I’ll definitely recommend Hy Steakhouse. The waiters were courteous and attentive. The overall experience is truly worthy of commendation.

Excellent service - waiter was amazing. Tables are a bit to close for my personal liking but it would not stop me from going back.

A wonderful establishment in which to celebrate my mother-in-law's 77th birthday with brunch! She loved the in-house smoked salmon on the benny, the house made pastries, the potatoes, and the mimosa with fresh squeezed oj. The staff were fabulous and attentive, making her feel extra special. Everything was perfect! We will be back for dinner soon!
