- GGinaNew York City •4 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe were told by someone we rode a ski lift with that Saw Mill was the best restaurant near Mt. Snow. We tried Hermitage Inn and Two Tannery Road both highly rated on line, but were very disappointed. After those experiences we kept our expectations in check but were blown away by the cuisine at Saw Mill. The Crispy Duck strips were very original, the duck was just that very crispy while being a perfect medium rare and the flavor was outrageous, we could have had 3 orders of them. The Moules Frites were delicious as was the Beef Carpaccio, but the star of the night was the Cornmeal crusted Cod in a Bacon & Shrimp Chowder with Leeks. One of the best dishes I have had anywhere! Everything was delicious, the service was knowledgeable, engaging, and friendly and the ambiance was warm, charming and inviting. We can’t wait to go back again!More infoSawmill Bar & TablePrice: Expensive• American• West Dover•4.8
- KKathyVIPGreater Boston •2 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoThe ambience and lunch menu at the Hermitage Inn have that perfect Vermont charm. Kudos to the creator of the outstanding cocktails and mocktails which were unique and delicious. Our family holiday time spent together in the warm and inviting tavern was so wonderful, due to the staff and especially our attentive server, Crystal.More infoThe Hermitage InnPrice: Expensive• American• West Dover•4.3
- TThomasNew York City •4 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoWe had a Christmas Eve dinner at the Copper Grouse. The drink and dinner choices were varied and we each saw a number of items we would enjoy. The cheese board was tasty as was the arancini appetizer. Portions were very healthy and the sides were all delicious and well prepared. We wound up sharing bites amongst the table and everyone was stuffed when we finished. Service was very friendly and attentive and the restaurant had a good vibe. Only negative is, being in a hotel, there was a mix of kids watching videos on their ipads and couples out for a pre-holiday dinner. We have eaten here before and would definitely come back.More infoCopper Grouse - Taconic HotelPrice: Expensive• American• Manchester•4.5
