Wilson is a town on the Wyoming and Idaho border that was named after a rider for the Pony Express. It might be a small town, but it has a big restaurant scene. Wilson happily embraces its wild west heritage with chuckwagon barbecues and entertainment as well as bars named after Old West modes of transportation.
