Wow, every visit to Next Door is really outstanding and special! Bethany is a lovely server and always a pleasure to see whenever I go to Next Door. The madai nigiri special was sensational, lightly seared and topped with citrusy condiment, jalapeño and a Japanese hollandaise called kimizu. What a treat! The tuna tataki, miso roasted eggplant, miso soup and ikura, hamachi and sake nigiri were all delicious. The grilled bronzino was perfectly cooked with crispy skin, and all three of the sauces and the crunchy, refreshing daikon salad go very well with the fish. Thank you so much to the chefs that work so hard to make this amazing food, it is a great gift to be able to come to Next Door. Thank you so much and see you soon!

Service is amazing ... food was spot on, each and every item was more delicious than the last! The prices sneak up on you ... otherwise, it is a great vibe, great new decor and unbelievably delicious food with amazing and very well-orchestrated service!

It’s twice now that we have been at Next Door to explore the newly designed menu; and it’s twice that we have been absolutely delighted by the food, service, and overall experience. The first time was in November where our server Alex help guide us through the new menu choices; deftly helping us select the right items (we are a little picky when it comes to seafood). Tonight we had the joy of having Laura as our server. She help us to explore different aspects of the menu and specifically helped us pair our beverage selections to the food (especially the Chardonnay which I have come back to loving because of Next Doors lightly oaked options). The overall culinary experience was exquisite. Give their new menu a try. You won’t regret it.

As always, we all had an outstanding dining experience. Our server was engaging and knowledgeable. We enjoyed several starters, sushi rolls, including the one on special and two desserts. Every bite was a ten!

Food was good and the server was great, but the pace and timing from the kitchen was awful. The first side came to the table about 15 minutes before the first entrée. Entrées came about 10 minutes apart.

Wow, again! Next Door is always wonderful in every way. Nell is a wonderful server and always one step ahead of you with everything you could possibly need, she is delightful and it is always lovely to be in her section. The food was absolutely delicious today, which is amazing because it is great every time I visit! Thank you so much for a lovely dinner and evening!

We had a truly amazing dining experience. Surroundings and service are outstanding. Our meals were beautifully and artfully prepared and delicious both the Mizo salmon and the grilled Bronzino. Sushi appetizer and broccoli side dish were fantastic as well. This is an excellent choice for a special dinner.

My wife and I visited last night for the first time since September. We were excited to see the updated decor and menu. Our experience was nothing short of amazing. I felt te sushi was very good and fresh! We had the cauliflower dish which sounded inspiring but it was mushy and bland. The eggplant skewer was tasty :) The chicken breast was again bland and very expensive $38 our server forgot to replace our chop sticks and we had to request a drink menu:/ $75 per person with out tip we had one dessert and 1 wine:/
