Why they're an Icon

Executive chef: Jennifer Chow

From the OpenTable editors: Come to legendary chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s Caesars Palace spot for the refined Japanese-inspired dishes that made the restaurant a global phenomenon. Dressed with lanterns and natural wooden accents, the elegant dining room sets the stage for a decadent meal of knockout sushi along with Nobu classics like miso black cod. For a full-on celebration, get the omakase menu, prepared tableside on teppanyaki grills.

The overall experience was terrible. It took way beyond what’s acceptable to even get menus (20+ minutes). Our server when at our table to take our order would be staring off at other tables when we were placing our order. It went from bad to worse as the night went on. But we did speak with the manager, she was very sweet and apologetic. Shout out to her!

Hot dishes and dessert were great; sushi was good quality, but we felt it wasn’t anything special.

Our server was so knowledgeable and made us feel completely comfortable. Our group was somewhat diverse with different tastes, but our server worked to understand and get to know us. He then crafted multiple courses, each of which were amazing! Definitely pricey, but definitely worth it!

Nobu, still has good food, I wouldn’t say great for a Michelin restaurant, but it’s good. Table was dirty when we were sat, seats were dirty, first course arrived before our drinks. We have eaten at other Nobu restaurants and this one feels a little Vegas gimmicky. Won’t go back to this location.

Our waitress ruined our meal. She was inattentive, slow, and angry/abusive. The spice seafood soup they brought was cold to luke warm. When I asked about it, the waitress got upset and told me that it would take 30 minutes to get another made. I felt that she was daring me to send it back. I sent it back. She was very upset and continued to be rude throughout our meal. the sushi was good, but everything else was terrible. I have always had great experiences in the past, but this waitress needs to find another job outside of public service.
