We love Nobu Malibu but figured we’d stay local for West Hollywood Nobu. Besides the fact they ignored my request for a nice table that I put it 3 days ahead, instead they stuck us at the worlds smallest table and gave us a waitress who after a 2 and a half hour meal we only saw her once. The bussers were more helpful than the waitress she was rude and ignored us all night. The table next to us had a male waiter, 3 couples came and went before we even had our check. There were plenty of nice tables available that remained empty the entire time we were there. Thanks for ruining our anniversary and forgetting two plates!

It took nearly 30 minutes to get our Chilean Sea Bass after all of the other food had come, we had eaten it, and the table was cleared. Then, after we finished the Sea Bass, it took another 45 minutes to for dessert and to pay our bill. And little apology from our waitress. The one hour, 45 minute limit they provided turned into 2-1/2 hours.

Me and my wife went and we had a blast we had a great waiter named Justin who checked on us and made sure we had a phenomenal experience. My wife had the Fish and Chips while I had the Prime Rib which was sublime. We enjoyed a complimentary desert with congratulations on it due to me and my wife being pregnant with triplets, this was a great experience I highly recommend.

Yellowtail Jalapeno and Prime Ribeye Crispy Onion were definite YES. I would go back just for those. The staff were all really great: attentive, helpful, upbeat. David Spade sat at the booth behind ours, which was cool. I found a parking spot a few business's down for $1 per hour. Valet opens right at 6, when the restaurant's first reservation is available. Chill vibe.

Our party of 3 arrived at 8:05pm for 8:15pm dinner reservations, we were seated shortly before 9:00pm, where we sat without being greeted by our server for 5 to 8 minutes. We immediately placed an order for appetizers and water as we were beyond starving at this point. Water arrived in 15 minutes and our appetizers arrived at 9:30pm about 2 minutes after our primary courses began to arrive. The food was amazing. We were seated under a speaker and could barely hear one another speak. The experience overall was disastrous - clearly not the norm, but WOW was that bad.
