Noir Restaurant is located along one of Philadelphia's hottest neighborhood's, East Passyunk Avenue. We pride ourselves by using only the freshest ingredients. Chef Marco Decotiis, born and raised in Montreal, Canada, brings his Italian culinary roots and local Canadian foods to Philly. Noir is open every day for lunch and dinner, and has a full bar offering an extensive craft beer selection along with a number of specialty cocktails & a wine selection for every palate. First timer and went during Restaurant Week. It was FABULOUS! Drinks were well crafted, food was delicious and substantial - no skimpy portions! I'll be back to work my way through the menu. Staff made the meal fun too!

We love NOIR. The portions are great. The Montreal Burger is HUGE. Portabello great too. We go during Restaurant week at least twice

We go to Noir at least twice during restaurant every year and did today. Food is great and generous portions and VERY friendly staff. We don't drink but they have a bar. I always get the pasta bolognese and my partner gets the Burger and saladinstead of fries. Goingback next week with different friends
