Delicious meal. Nice that there are wonderful dining options after 10pm. We watched a show and were so happy to dine here afterwards. Waiters were very friendly. Dinner was just perfect. We had the sea bass, lobster bisque, ahi tuna tartare, and filet mignon.

While the steak was well-prepared and flavorful, the service was appalling—easily the worst I’ve ever experienced. Our server, Scott, didn’t bother to offer coat storage, leaving us to awkwardly drape them on our chairs. Despite asking for a wine list before ordering, we never received one—not even by the time we left. After taking our order, Scott disappeared, leaving another server to bring our food. No one checked if our steaks were cooked properly or if we needed anything, and we couldn’t request sides or desserts. Meanwhile, Scott was attentive to other tables, asking if they were satisfied or needed anything—attention we never received. The blatant disparity in treatment felt intentional and left us feeling ignored and unwelcome. Sadly, this experience seemed rooted in racial bias, which is completely unacceptable. While the food was good, the service ruined the meal and was the worst I experienced during my stay in LA—or at any steakhouse. I cannot recommend this place to anyone seeking respectful and attentive service.

Erik made the experience perfect! I have had the privilege dining at very prestigious restaurants (e.g. Rubicon and Craftsteak) and as amazing as their service was, Erik’s attention to detail was equally impressive. Exceptional service!!! The food and ambiance were excellent, but I feel that we got the A team with Erik! If you are in Beverly Hills you must dine at Ocean Prime and if you’re able to, get seated with Erik!
