I booked this reservation way in advance to let them know that I was celebrating my wife’s birthday. This was my third visit to Ocean Prime and what a disappointment. I also reminded the front greeters that it was my wife’s birthday. Long story short, it took about 15 minutes or so for our waiter to greet us, she said she would be right back, that was another 10 mins or so. I guess celebrating a special event at this establishment is not on their radar. In other words, THEY DO CARE!!

We love this restaurant. Our server, Rodney (Hot Rod) is one of the best in Dallas. Food is top notch. Service is great. Ambiance is wonderful.

We celebrated our anniversary here the other night and our experience was dope from start to finish!! We were greeted with wine and a “Happy 7th Anniversary!!!” from the hostesses. After we sat down we were paired with the best waitress in the building, Ms. Leah!!! She was very attentive, full of smiles and jokes. Leah made us feel very welcome our whole visit which was much appreciated! We will definitely return for more good times! Food was good! So was the wine lol.

I had an amazing time at Ocean Prime this evening. My family and I came to celebrate my Dad’s birthday. Food was amazing from beginning to end. Our server, Rodney C. (Cool Rod) was excellent and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our dining experience. I can’t wait to come back to try other delicious meals on the menu and hopefully have Rodney as our server again.
