   Had another wonderful dinner at Ocean Prime tonight! The 101 was closed and we were late but the very gracious Tatum made sure we were nicely accommodated at my favorite table in the restaurant. She is awesome and deserves a huge raise. Our server James was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and served us with impeccable tact- always ready, and available without being too “in your business”. We were sort of needy and he was quick and professional; always anticipating any needs. Additionally, there was a notable presence of management on the floor- Chris and the other manager whose name I cannot remember (sorry!!) were both personally available to see to any needs, and made sure we were pleased with everything. As per usual, the food was decadent, fresh and perfectly seasoned and well-timed. I personally love the ravioli, and my MIL adored her salmon. The gentlemen in our group said their martinis were freezing cold and delicious and were impressed with the wine menu. This is a great place for a celebration, easily accommodating large groups, and feels opulent but approachable. Well done to the staff and we look forward to coming back to enjoy another night!    2 filets over cooked and under seasoned. 1 NY Strip was terrible. All 3 lobster tails were over cooked and terrible. Appetizers and drinks were very good. Never was asked how our meal was. $700 tab. Horrible experience.

   I remember discussing your experience with us on your way out of the restaurant the other night. I listened, and apologized for your experience, also I made sure to give you $200 in complimentary gift cards for next time since your entrees were not enjoyable. I wanted to give you and your party a chance to have another try at our entrees on us next time you came in. We shook hands and I felt like we both left on a good positive note, but apparently judging by this review we did not. Once again I am sorry I never heard about your entrees being subpar that night, and for not coming by the table. I am sad to hear that you are still unhappy and would love to make things right.    Beautiful restaurant. Lobster bisque got great reactions. House salad wonderful. Oysters were a disappointment. Sea Bass and both scallop dishes were delicious. Service was excellent. Overall a 4 star experience.

   Always love Ocean Prime. It does get a bit noisy. The food is great. If you go early (4-5:30) ask to see the early dining menu which is a great value and good options.

   From the appetizer to the dessert, everything was delicious. Highly recommend the caesar salad. All portions are large enough to share or so what we did, and take home the extras!
