   I recently dined at the restaurant inside the Vanderbilt Hotel and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. The service was underwhelming—our waitress came off as dismissive and had a bit of a smart-aleck attitude, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. My aunt ordered the fish and chips, which turned out to be a disappointment—the fish was far from fresh and lacked flavor. Overall, the food did not meet expectations and didn’t feel worth the price point. The one redeeming part of the evening was the Old Fashioned I ordered—it was well-made and enjoyable. Other than that, I wouldn’t return based on this experience.

   Easter Brunch was FANTASTIC! Usually these holiday menus are a big ripoff unless you can eat a bunch of oysters, crab legs or steaks. Being mostly vegetarian, I was just happy to see in their written menu plenty of options but the surprise was the quality of such food. The croissants were crispy and fresh, the soup delicious and not heavy. Seafood paella, ratatouille, shakshouka, frittata, omelette and stirfry station….we loved the matcha French toasts and the muffins. The beautiful desserts and the taste of everything; top quality. Truly remarkable! Service was on point and constant. Our table was kept clean and ready for a next course. The only thing that was a bit lackluster was the white sangria (not fruity or tasty enough). Can’t wait for the next Holiday menu at Ola!

   We were guest at Condado Vanderbilt hotel and tried Ola had a great time. Octopus, sea food and empanadas were excellent But the key was our server and other staff great attitude and made us feel welcome

   DONT GO HERE ! Not one to leave a review BUT If you could book somewhere else, BOOK ELSEWHERE NOT HERE ! Went early in the morning for a quick birthday brunch, food was tasting good until we found plastic threads in the food. After telling our server she had no sympathy and she just took the plate and left. When we asked her for the manager she never went to get him we had to ask another server nearby to call the manager. While it was taken off the bill, the server was rude and had no effort to be a little more sensitive as the food was a SEVERE health issue. We did end up speak to the manager who was an amazing person, just felt that it’s not something that should be encountered by others visiting, especially if it was your birthday breakfast like mine ! DEFINITELY wouldn’t recommend, if so be careful what you’re eating and look out for unwanted extras in your food and don’t expect the best service from the servers. ( ALL STARS JUST SO THIS REVIEW DOESNT GO HIDDEN!)

   The Drinks were not good this time! And the food was poor for its value this time too. We Didn’t like it for the first time. Other times before were better. But not this ocasion. But our server treat us great! She gave us a good service. And was kind and helpful.

    The place is stunning and the food does live up the view. The best part is the personal service we received from Fernando, our server and Nathaniel the back server. They both went out of their way to take care of us, especially Fernando, because even when there was a slight issue with our food, he took care of it professionally and didn't hesitate. In fact, I witnessed the manager. Give pushback to Fernando about the issue I was having and I had to address it myself. The manger should have more trust in his staff when addressing issues like an over cooked dish. Overall a wonderful experience and we will be back. ( Please note there was an overcooked mahi filet under what appeared to be pearl risotto in this photo)
