I really do like Olive and Ivy but the experience today was not great. We reserved a table for lunch at 14:00 and arrived with plenty of time to spare. I waited nearly 30 minutes for a table despite this. When we were eventually seated we were allocated a table for 2 with two extra chairs to accommodate my family. We basically sat shoulder to shoulder and very nearly on top of the couple seated at the next table. We then get told they ate only serving brunch which is not what I booked. Nowhere on the site does it specify that only brunch is served till 3. The wait staff did not even attempt to find out if alternatives were available. Not a great experience especially given this was for my wife’s birthday. I ended up leaving before even placing an order and enjoyed a fantastic meal at a much more accommodating nearby competitor.

Our waitress I believe her name was Sydney was amazing. Very sweet, attentive and even brought out two free desserts for my birthday celebration when I told her to surprise me between two. Overall great experience and time.

Amazing. Seated right away, such a friendly server, food was fabulous and is always consistently excellent. Brought a friend from out of town who absolutely loved it. Cant wait for next time!!

5 of us for lunch. 2 order salad and soup, 2 order salad and one order flatbread. Took over 60 min to receive our food. Waitress kept apologizing and manager apologized. That’s it…..!!! Unacceptable to wait that long . there’s other restaurants in Scottsdale
