This place was all around fantastic. We got a quick reservation for four people and then expanded to 5 people with a toddler. They pushed some tables together for us, gave us quick service, and accommodated everyone. They even gave the toddler some drawing materials. Furthermore, the food was incredible. I got the lobster risotto and demolished all of it without question. Everyone’s dish was great. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely return when visiting Santa Fe.

Osteria is a long time Santa Fe favorite that never disappoints. The lobster risotto is an outstanding favorite dish.

This was the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. We had a reservation, was seated, and waited 25 min before anyone even came to our table. We ordered the valentines special wagu steak, both of them were so tough they were difficult to cut through, the green beans tasted like they came out of a can with no seasoning. The potatoes were sub par. The people sitting next to us were so loud we couldn’t hear each other speak. For a $60 steak you’d expect a lot more. Do not go here. Get on the wait list for places in Santa Fe that people actually want to go to.

We had reservations for Valentine's Day, and the Special Entree options were fantastic. The wine list is quite broad with varietals from all over Italy. We had ravioli in a cream mushroom sauce - fantastic!! as well as Spinach noodle, chicken dish that exceeded our expectations. Osteria D' Assisi will now be a regular in our Santa Fe excursions.

We were quite disappointed in the fact that I had been told it was à la carte and when we arrived, it was a set menu. They said we were allowed to order à la carte from the menu, which we did. We go often into this restaurant and I order the spinach fettuccine, which is my favorite. The usual price is 27. They charged me and my husband each 54 for the single entrees. Double because it was Valentine’s Day. I felt bad about this. We did not argue or make a fuss. We simply paid left and went on to our concert. It has left a negative impression of a venue where we go regularly and take our guests.
