   Rainy night. About 6 patrons present. Very poor service. Food was very poor quality. Three people, no drinks, no desserts. Bill was over 200.00 cannot recommend .

   We ate outside at the Riverwalk. Beautiful night. Great service. Shrimp was amazing. Scallops also fantastic. Service was prompt and pleasant.

   Our meal was outstanding from start to finish Our tuna tostadas were exceptional with the ahi tuna perfectly marinated. My blackened red fish was perfectly prepared over a bed of grits, tomatoes and spinach. My fiance's filet mignon was tender and perfectly cooked Our service, Yahia was attentive and friendly. We love this restaurant.

   Took 50 minutes to receive our food. Truffle fries were cold, the scallops were very tough, risotto …can’t describe that, the halibut was okay, but the veggie served with it needed to be cooked longer. The waiter never checked on us.. during or after. The hostess was the only one concerned about the delay of the food. I figured the waiter didn’t want any conflict..easier to ignore. A complimentary dessert was provided, an apology would have been more appropriate. The waiter needs to be coached on what the establishment expects from them.

   We had a wonderful meal at Ostra. There were 6 of us, we each ordered a different appetizer and entrees and it was all sensational. The atmosphere of the restaurant seems to lack a clear direction which might make the typical patron think twice about making a reservation here but this restaurant was the best meal we had on our 4 day trip to San Antonio. Highly recommend.

   We enjoyed the food and dinning experience greatly. Our waiter Yaya was excellent. He helped with menus selections and was kind. Our isles were tasty and interesting and well constructed and plated.

    The oysters were fresh but very small. We have paid far less for better oysters. The halibut was good, but lack a complimentary sauce/butter...etc. The Clams Casino was epically dull - I finally grabbed the pepper & salt shakers and did what wasnt done in the kitchen. The Clam Chowder was excellent, and the best part of both meals. Good, you know how to make soup - like a lot of people. They want to be upscale, and they have the potential, but are missong the mark.
