   The food was not very good quality at all. I felt as if things were taking a turn for the worse behind the scenes in the kitchen and they no choice but to bring out dishes that had been ruined in the cooking process. The salad was smelly and not as described on the menu, foods were served without proper utensils in a communal eating setting. Some food was overly salted and inedible. The ambience was lovely, however the food was really bad. I was shocked at how bad the food was. My husband and I were really disappointed in the quality of food. Staff was polite and accommodating, but I feel the event should have been cancelled if they could not properly serve the food.

   Our server told us there’s a new menu and new cooks…the food was definitely a letdown after seeing pictures and reading reviews. Pasta was bland, filet medallions weren’t evenly or correctly cooked and overall, the food was just underwhelming.

   The food and flavors are amazing. It took over 45 minutes to receive our first beverage order and approximately an hour for the appetizers.

   Had my first date with a wonderful woman for dinner at Pacci's. Everyone was great, the service was great, even the valet. I highly recommend

   We arrived early and enjoyed cocktails at the bar. We sat in a spot where we could see the bartenders creating mixed drinks. Some were expertly crafted and some shocked to see the bartender grabbing olives out of the jar with her unwashed hands. This restaurant was recommended to us for a special occasion. After my experience, I would not recommend it for a special occasion or even a date night. The restaurant was not busy. There were not too many places to sit because the ac units were dripping on many tables and chairs which may explain why it smelled like a wet basement in there. We ordered burrata and Mediterranean flatbread for appetizers. We asked the server if he could put our appetizers in while we decided on our mains. He brought our burrata and said the flatbread needed extra time. He wanted to take our dinner order and we asked for sparkling water. After a while he came back to tell us that the sparkling water was warm and would need ice. We passed. Finally the flatbread arrived where we were told our mains were ready but will be kept under the light. When my mussels arrived 10 out of the 12 were edible. My guest’s chicken parm was tough and dried out. Things like this can happen and in this case it did. I am always honest when I review a restaurant. This was not a good place to celebrate an anniversary. Knowing what I know now, I would have only ordered that flatbread with my wine at the bar. It f you want to try Pacci for dinner, I hope you have a better experience.

   Wir kamen nach einer längeren Fahrt im Hotel an und hatten einen Tisch für das Abendessen reserviert. Die Host teilte uns einen Tisch in der Ecke direkt am Eingang und Fahrstuhl zu - dies wäre der bei Gästen beliebteste Tisch! Auf unsere Bitte erhielten wir widerwillig einen anderen Tisch mit dem Hinweis, dass wir uns nur auf eine Seite setzen könnten, da man Probleme mit der Klimaanlage hätte und diese auf die andere Seite tropfte. Nach nochmaliger Bitte erhielten wir dann einen Tisch in Restaurantmitte. Hinweis: Es war nur ein weiterer Tisch besetzt! Der Service war unmotiviert - Brot erhielten wir nur auf Nachfrage. Bei den Entenbrust Bruscetta waren die gerösteten Brotscheiben so hart, dass diese nicht essbar waren. Wurde dann wenigstens nicht berechnet. Ansonsten war das Personal nur mit sich beschäftigt un ziemlich gelangweilt. Schade, keine Empfehlung!

    Good quality meal at a very reasonable price. The chicken was not dry. And pasta was very nice with a good amount of meat.
