Palace Kitchen offers an open kitchen concept to allow guests to watch the chefs at work. Settle in for dinner at one of the booths or our horseshoe shaped bar with low, intimate lighting and enjoy fresh, seasonal food that is served late into the night. Diners at Palace Kitchen love the whole trout, rotisserie chicken and burger royale that are grilled over the apple wood grill in house.
Palace Kitchen offers late night dining with a full menu until 12:00am.
Our King Boletus Parlor and Chanterelle Rooms offer private dining for groups of up to either 16 guests or up to 20 guests.

Why they're an Icon

From the OpenTable editors: Come to Palace Kitchen for wood-fired Pacific Northwest dishes starring fresh ingredients from owner and James Beard Award-winning chef Tom Douglas’s farm. Start with the goat cheese lavender fondue before moving on to hits like chicken wings and a whole Idaho rainbow trout. Add in creative cocktails and a warm space with a massive Rococo-style bacchanal painting, and it’s easy to see why the restaurant is a Seattle late-night industry darling.

It had been sometime since we’d been here and found this favorite to be better than ever! From the host greeting to the finish of the evening, the welcoming, professional service and meal preparation was outstanding. A special thanks to our server Laura for her kindness and professionalism throughout!! We’ll be back soon.

Staff is super nice. Service is excellent. My party grew too large but it worked out! Appetizers and mains were all very good.

Nice place, but too many problems Pros: Service, cod and pot au feu very good Cons: Salad overdressed, baguette drenched in butter, Music too loud Really con: 1) I resent having to hold my phone the entire dinner just see what I’m eating. Get some table lights. You can the ones that angle down so you still keep your “ambience”. 2) Want to lose a tip? Show me a machine. Don’t care if everyone is doing it, it’s intimidating and wrong in so many ways.

Lovely return to the Palace Kitchen. I had not been in many years. Our table was ready when we arrived. Service was prompt and just attentive enough. Super easy to get our check and out the door for a movie at SIFF. Easily spllit the tab between the four of us. Loved it!
