   Saganaki bland. Food overall good and hot. We had the Blackhawk Filet, Beef Wellington and Rack of Lamb. French Onion soup disappointing - i.e. no cheese and lukewarm. Maybe need to purchase ala carte to get cheese. No offers for cracked pepper on salads. Server nice enough but very slow. Needed to ask someone to find her to come to take our entree order. When she did come she was rushed. Most attentive close to end of meal for "tip" of which we gave 20% cash. .Tables too close and not enough room to move chairs. In notes for reservation stated commemorating 10th anniversary of my husband and sons father death. No acknowledgement at all which isn't the case with other restaurants. We were looking forward to going here but disappointed . Furthermore when we left your mgmt didn't even have the decency to say good bye and thank us for coming. Not the Palm Court that I had heard so much about in the past.

We were not notified of the notes you made on Open Table when making the reservation.    It's always a lovely experience when we go to Palm Court. Food was delicious. Service was awesome. Great way to celebrate our daughter's birthday!

   I ordered Chicken Picata . It was covered in garlic! Never did I have that dish with any garlic on it. The rest of my party said all their meals had garlic on them. Horrible.

   Our waitress was not very attentive! She came and got our drink order and then disappeared! We were there for a half hour before she took our food order! Then my husband kept getting up to find help!

   Everything was amazing the food excellent but at the bar was bad there were no bartenders and we had to wait a lot for a drink but there was a lady there and she was amazing and made us great drinks she rocked💜

    Food is very sub par. Nothing makes it stand out. Medium well steak was sent out medium. ONE shrimp with the steak and shrimp dinner. Not a very good Valentine Day dinner.
