   Food was not top notch. Very salty, and some meats were tough. For the price, I would go to a different Goucho restaurant that has been around for a while on Macleod trail.

   We always love eating at Pampas!! The staff are so friendly and helpful and the food is absolutely delicious!!! A true taste of Brazil.

   The Food was amazing like usual and the servers who come around severing you were all super kind. Only problem I really had was with our waitress who only saw us in the beginning and the very end. I realized after leaving the the restaurant that our waitress actually double tipped herself, she charged the full amount and subtracted the gift card amounts then came back and had us pay the remaining balance which was $30 dollars over what we were actually suppose to pay. Everyone else was super kind and helpful even saw that we needed things and helped us and not out waitress.

   Because my wife has several allergies and I saw online that for once a restaurant didn't serve fish i thought i with be good for my wife. When we gave our allergy card to the server he right away brought the manager and he explained that all the meats and chicken gets prepared with pineapple ( which is another allergy problem and a severe one,) so she was only allowed to eat from the buffet which was vegetables. The manager went out of his way and walked around with my wife to show what all the ingredients are on the buffet. We still had a great time but had to be careful with the meats around us.

   Hi Robert. Thanks for Your review. I'm sorry we could not accommodate the allergies at the last minute. Please next time, lets us know ahead of time , so we can work on. Clarifying on what we do. None of the meats are prepped with Pineapple, however the pineapple is cooked on the same grill as other meats. This will create a cross contamination and that is the reason we could not serve your wife in a safe way. Sorry if that was not clear. There is no pineapples on any grill recipes we serve.    The employees there are very nice, and very good at what they do. Food was excellent. The salad bar is amazing, I could just eat the salad bar.

    Lunch or Dinner Rodizio is definitely the best option to go for, the pampa experience is recommended for a more upscale experience but it’s not a big difference from the Rodizio. Amazing selection of meats ( top sirloin melts in your mouth) and unlimited salad bar has tons of options. Pasta salad, beef stroganoff and cheese buns are always favorites. Location downtown with free parking is a plus but don’t forget to register at the front desk. Making a reservation is highly recommended but make a note for better seats close to the kitchen/salad bar. This is a great spot for a celebrating and having a birthday/anniversary dinner, but I hope they can provide better complimentary dessert for those special occasions in the future. Don’t miss out on the caramelized pineapple ;). I have been here four times now and will definitely continue to frequent as one of my favorite dinner spots downtown.
