   This is my third visit to PAO, and although it is on the pricier side, the overall experience is well worth it. The flavors and uniqueness of the dishes rank among the best I've encountered.

   Das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Die Fois Gras Macaraons eine veritable Drei-Stern-Delikatesse (mit entsprechendem Preis). Sehr netter und liebevoller Service. Wir sassen draussen; drinnen wäre es uns zu laut und zu kalt.

   We went to Pao for my husband's birthday with two friends. This was our second time dining at Pao, and the food was incredible, as always. However, this time, we were disappointed by the pacing. Our meal, which included four people, took four hours to complete. We arrived at 8 p.m. and did not leave until midnight. We waited 30+ minutes to see the server and didn’t get our first food item until 9 p.m. The pacing was a bit off. We had to wait 1 hour between each item, even though we did not select the tasting experience. We asked the sommelier for assistance in choosing a wine we had tried during our last visit to Pao. When he said they no longer sold it, and we asked for comparable wines, he was unhelpful and cold. However, it all worked out, as we ordered delicious cocktails instead. It was strange as our first time at Pao was incredible, from the food, pacing, and service to the ambiance. This time, the service and pacing were a miss. Overall, we had a fantastic night, and the food was delicious! It was still an enjoyable experience, so I’m chalking it up to a busy night or another situation like reduced wait staff for the issues with pacing and service this visit.

   The food was excellent. Our waiter and other service staff were very professional and courteous. The only thing that was unexpected was the slowness of the dishes to come out of the kitchen. The spacing between the starters and main dishes was close to 50 minutes.

    One of our very favorites in Miami! Inventive, unique dishes. The seafood is incredible. The waitstaff is extremely knowledgeable and always a great guide to a menu with so many amazing choices!
