Went here for the first time on Valentine’s Day. Everything was awesome. The ambience, our waiter Josh, the food, it was all incredible. We’ve eaten at most of the steakhouses in DFW and this is our new favorite. You won’t be disappointed in anything you eat. We started with crab cakes and li step deviled eggs. Both were done differently and were the best we’ve had. I won’t spoil it for you. Then we had salads which were really good. And next we had their dry aged steaks which were cooked to perfection. Their mashed potatoes are out of this world. For desert we had their cheesecake which they make themselves. We couldn’t even finish one slice between the two of us but it was delicious. The wine, desert wine and old fashioned I had were also exceptional. This literally has become our go to steakhouse. We’re glad we found it!

Enjoyed early Valentines dinner. Great service and delicious food. Tried filet duo , good but too much going on for me. Next time keep simple. Poblano corn chowder delicious and desserts were delicious!!

Pappas has always been my favorite steakhouse in Dallas and we go 4-5 times a year . Tonight was the first disappointing night . The gentleman next to us order a well done steak and they had to send it back because it was medium rare . We ordered drink and salad and was fantastic. When we placed our order for a medium rare + ny strip .. it took over an hour to get and it was undercooked too . Our crab and Mac was cold too. I’m not sure if this was a one off situation. However, for the price point , we may start going to ocean prime . I never leave reviews but tonight was truly disappointing for pappas .
