Stephen Starr's stylish addition to Rittenhouse Square pays tribute to French cafe culture, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week, ideal for a quick bite or a leisurely meal. Parc recalls the chic brasseries of Paris, serving classic French fare in a charming space. Red leather banquettes topped with frosted glass provide a sense of intimacy. Details such as well-worn wooden chairs, vintage framed paintings and photos and antique brass fixtures transport guests across the Atlantic. French doors spill onto a sidewalk terrace covered by a dark red awning perfect for dining "en plein air."

The service from the door was warm, our seating was perfect, our waitress was amazing (wish I could remember her name… too many Bellinis :) ) the food was decadent! Just overall 10/10 experience and I will be back.

My wife and I dine here several times a year, and always once during the Holiday Season; we have been doing so since the Christmas of 2008. It is the closest to Paris one can achieve without getting on an airplane. Festive, lively, fun and spirited, it is a Philadelphia classic. The menu is predictably wonderful and reliable; the food is presented bistro perfect, generally ample, and very well executed. The wait staff is superb in their friendliness, attentiveness, and willingness to accommodate. Expensive but always well worth the price. It is one of three or four restaurants where I take out of town family and friends, and all have been blown away by the experience. Thank you Parc!

Parc is a must -- whether it's your first time in Philly or a regular. It never disappoints. Stepping through the door is like going through a portal and suddenly you're in your favorite Parisian bistrot. Most recently we went for brunch -- and the restaurant shined. Great atmosphere, great service, and most importantly, great food. We had the eggs benedict and avocado toast -- and profiteroles for dessert. All excellent. And of course the famous bread. What more can I say?

The food is always amazing and they are so wonderful about accommodating any dietary restrictions. What sets Parc apart from all others is the fantastic service from the back waiters, to the phenomenal servers (shout out Tif & Kathy) to the extremely attentive management team.

Very surprised of my recent visit. Service was off. The server never introduced herself. My drink took a while to get to the table. We received our warm hand towels while we were eating our entrees instead of after our raw bar apps. Not the usual Parc service and standards this visit. Hope it’s better next time

So good! Seated right at 7:30. Everything was delicious! Started with crispy artichokes, escargot and French onion soup. Entrees were steak frites and warm shrimp salad. Bread basket was divine!
