Stephen Starr's stylish addition to Rittenhouse Square pays tribute to French cafe culture, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week, ideal for a quick bite or a leisurely meal. Parc recalls the chic brasseries of Paris, serving classic French fare in a charming space. Red leather banquettes topped with frosted glass provide a sense of intimacy. Details such as well-worn wooden chairs, vintage framed paintings and photos and antique brass fixtures transport guests across the Atlantic. French doors spill onto a sidewalk terrace covered by a dark red awning perfect for dining "en plein air."

Last night I ate the best version of my favorite dish - Confit de Canard - that I have evereverEVER eaten. Absolute perfection! Merci beaucoup for the most heart-warming Bon Voyage Dinner for our 98 yr old mother, who must leave her beloved Philly where she’s lived her entire life. Parc has been her favorite restaurant since it opened in 2008. Exquisite food and top-notch service always!

Service was great. Food was pretty good but portions were small. It was a little loud but not terrible.

Absolutely wonderful lunch! The food and service were excellent, and we enjoyed our window table with a view of the comings and goings to Rittenhouse Square.

Quite simply, it is one of the best restaurants in the City. The food is amazing, the service is top-notch, and the wine and cocktail list is large and sophisticated. It's as if they lifted a bistro out of Paris and dropped it on 18th Street. If you visit, be certain to stop here, you won't be disappointed. It's even better in the warmer weather, as you can be seated at tables outside facing Rittenhouse Square.

I love Parc and look forward to going there. I will say that the Chicken Paillard, which I was really looking forward to, was not as good as the past times I have had it. It was sitting in quite a lot of oil, and the salad which I normally love was super salty for some reason. This had become my favorite dish at Parc but something was a little off. Otherwise, love Parc and of course will return again.

Our server was excellent. Food delivery was a bit slow by Parc standards.

A very committed impersonation of a classic French bistro. The food was superb, and the service was excellent. My only complaint would be the noise level. We had issues speaking to the service staff.

We sat outside for our anniversary dinner and the staff was so friendly and helpful the entire time. Our food came out in a decent time and was very good. The view from Parc’s outside dining is a beautiful view to have with your meal and I highly recommend it!
