The food came out super fast, which makes me wonder if it was already prepared and not fresh. The service was nothing special, and since an automatic gratuity was added, the waitress didn't seem to put much effort into our experience and was robotic. The apple tart desert was actually very delicious but the entrees and service was not pleasant.

Food came out cold. We told the waitress and after 5-10 minutes she brought out a new one that was just as cold. This dish was priced at nearly 50%. Seems that since they are the only restaurant they don’t feel the need to deliver quality food and still up charge like crazy. Save your money. Do the ride and dine option instead. Even though the food is served cafeteria style it tastes better and is served HOT!

First off we had a reservation and we got a not so good table. Apparently you don’t need a reservation. Just get there early and you can get the table you like. Had I been told that I would’ve been early. The food was good except our entrées were not hot. If the food had been hot, it probably would’ve been quite tasty. I think our server put our entrees’ in with our salads and appetizers, therefore being under heat lamps and came out not very hot. There was a very long wait between our appetizers and our entrée. She did not check on our table very often it didn’t appear that she was handling multiple tables. Maybe she was just new at her job. The ambience and the view from the restaurant where spectacular. I would probably not go back, but I’m glad I went once. Had the service been better and the food been hot, I would definitely go back.

Setting, service and food quality were all very good, prices were high even for the high quality. As an example, $24 for a cocktail is higher than I have seen anywhere in the Coachella valley.

The Bus Boy was acting as my server while my actual server was never around. The Bus boy and managers were the only redeemable quality of the experience. When approached, the server was rude and didn't care if he offended or not. The food was good but nothing too dream about. Pretty sure I will tell others to save their money if they ask me about it. My wife already made a YELP review and it doesn't fair as well as this one, since it is t the public and they need to know that the price and the service are not worth the cost in any way. Too bad, I thought your steaks were nice, but the chicken breast was dry and the mac and cheese had very little meat for the price. OH one last thing, the water tastes like the most horroble chlorinated tap crap I've ever had at a restaurant. Don't bother putting lemon in it to hide the fact that its tap water. A filter system is worth it, because the flavor comes through even in the tea.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent experience. We apologize for the challenges you faced during your visit. It’s disappointing to learn that our service did not meet your expectations, and we will address your comments with our team to uphold our hospitality standards. While we are glad to hear you enjoyed some aspects of your meal, we regret that the chicken breast and mac and cheese fell short of your expectations. Your observation regarding the water quality is also noted, and we will consider your suggestion for a filtration system to enhance our guests' dining experience. We value your insights and hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future. Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention.
