I enjoyed an early reservation and sat at the bar. I was greeted by the staff and Zachy and was waited on by Elias. I ordered the Wasabi crusted oysters, Sea Scallop Risotto, a Polish Hummer Martini, and Apple Crisp for dessert, were all was delicious. The ambience was nice and peaceful. Perfect for a solo meal to think or a romantic dinner.

Persimmon has add a new item to their menu (pork tenderloin). It is outstanding. This is the best pork dish that I have had in DMV. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent food and wonderful friendly service. We had a great experience for lunch. Great menu and delicious desserts. I would highly recommend . We have also had the sunset dinner and that was excellent.

Persimmon continues to be one of our go-to restaurants whenever we are in the mood to drive into Bethesda. It consistently produces excellent dinners. On our recent visit the four of us had two bouillabaisse dinners, the roast duck breast and the roast chicken. al. were excellent. We diminished things off by sharing the profiteroles. Great service. Just a terrific place.
