Best Modern European Restaurants in Noe Valley

We've only been to the Zuni a few times, but we were longing for their hamburgers and shoestring potatoes. As usual, they did not disappoint us. We ate them and had a sidecar as well, The sidecar was new to us, and very enjoyable. So was the Gateau Victoire -- a rich chocolate cake with whipped cream. We also had a port with dessert. All wonderful. There are many other things on the menu, which I'm sure are also wonderful. We'll go back to try them out.

This is another “find.” The ambience is fabulous, the waiters extremely filling our every need, and the food scrumptious! It was also nice because it wasn’t as loud as some of the other restaurants are when they are crowded.

We had a very large group for my 50th birthday, and everyone at the restaurant was so accommodating from start to finish. Our server Ryan was amazing, he worked so hard and kept us all with drinks in our hands and food on our table the whole time. It’s a beautiful and charming restaurant. A wonderful experience!
