Great birthday dinner , spectacular staff and service

The staff was amazing and great food. It was Valentine's Day and the restaurant was exceptionally busy. The atmosphere was very smokey and I assume it was from the grill and it took almost 2.5 hours between ordering and getting our meal. BUT the staff was great and very courteous

What can be said about Canoe that hasn’t been said already. Amazing views. Amazing food. Amazing cocktails and wines. Amazing service. Canoe has been one of our favourites over the last few years, in no small part due to Chef Ron’s culinary knowhow and vision. Knowing that today was to be Ron’s last day we had to stop by one more time to partake in some delectable food, delicious beverages, and delightful service. (All from the best seats in the house, on the Chef’s Rail!) Many thanks to Sarah for the service. Thanks to the rest of the FoH team and of course the BoH team, all for taking such great care of us today. And of course, Chef Ron himself for the conversation, and years of wonderful culinary excellence. Chef, you will be missed sir!

Great place. Drinks were good, but nothing new/extraordinary. The appetizers (we ordered a burrata and the cheesy garlic bread) both were really good. The pasta was good, but it was a slightly salty for my taste. If they get the salt right the pasta will definitely taste amazing! The lime tart as desert is a must. Will definitely come back.

Good food. Clean theatre. Great servive. Will be back for sure
