- CChristineHawaii •8 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoIf you’re looking for outdoor seating in a friendly atmosphere and a setting to beat the band, look no further than Maui Ocean Vodka. From the wide array of tropical drinks, made with their own smooth brand of gluten free vodka, as well as other spirits, to delectable appetizers and main offerings, loved by both carnivores and herbivores alike, as well as delicious gluten free pizza, there’s something to tickle the taste buds of just about everyone. Most evenings offer talented local musicians to add to the ambience. Reservations aren’t necessary, but are recommended.More infoOcean Organic Farm and DistilleryPrice: Moderate• Hawaiian Regional• Kula•4.8

Jess greeted us and brought us 3 Mai tais and a whiskey sour - delicious! Then we shared a Gem Salad and a Brocli Salad - both delicious but the Brocli was so unique we all agreed it was the best. Fish Tacos, Fish and Chops and Macademia Nut encrusted Mahi Mahi we all excellent but my Rib Eye was over the top. Cooked to perfection. We had a bottle of Tempranillo which paired well with everything and topped it all off with Banana Cream pie. Would recommend the entire meal all over again. Jess was an excellent waitress!More infoMonkeypod Kitchen - WaileaPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Wailea•4.7
- CChristineHawaii •8 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoCasanova has been a favorite go-to dinner restaurant for my girlfriends and myself for many years. We start off with freshly baked focaccia bread, still warm from the oven, cut into easily manageable single serving cubes, served with a generous portion of olive oil and balsamic vinegar for dipping, and enjoyi our bread while we peruse both the wine offerings and dinner menu. Our choice of wine was a lovely Montepulciano from Italy. Although the antipasti (appetizers) called to us, we bypassed them to save room for the main course. Our entrees this evening included the Mediterranean salad, chock full of crispy fresh greens and veggies, flavorful feta cheese, and kalamata olives in a homemade lemon vinaigrette dressing; Tagliolini Alla Checca, a type of ribbon pasta mixed in with organic spinach, pine nuts, garlic, capers, and fresh Roma tomatoes with a touch of shaved parmesan cheese; and lastly, a classic Italian dish of Fettuccine in a rich creamy sauce—all three of them generous, satisfying servings, leaving no room for dessert. Our waiter Christopher was as charming and efficient as could be, appearing when needed, and leaving us to enjoy our time together without interrupting.More infoCasanova Italian RestaurantPrice: Moderate• Italian• Makawao•4.7
