Since I was 13 years old, I've been in the restaurant industry. I started in my grandfather’s restaurant & worked my way up to running one of the most successful restaurants in NYC - Patsy’s Italian Restaurant. My grandfather worked his way up in the restaurant industry in the 1930's and '40s and in 1942 opened his first Italian restaurant, The Sorrento. When it came time to name our new restaurant, we decided on IL Sorrento in honor of my grandfather. I know my grandparents & my mom are smiling down on us with approval. I've lived in Westchester since 1984 & have always dreamed about opening an Italian restaurant here .. now the dream is a reality. My family & I believe that having a successful restaurant is a simple formula - give people what they want: Good Food, Good Service and Good Value.     Very cute establishment! Not only is it woman-owned, but it sources its bakery items from other local women-owned businesses. The setting was adorable, the pastries were delicious, and the prices were reasonable (given the generous amount of food you receive with the Deluxe Tea package). As for parking, it couldn’t be easier, with a public garage right across the street! According to their website, they host events— it would be so cute for a little girl’s birthday or even a bridal/ baby shower 💕

    We have dined at Hudson Social many times over the past several years. It is consistently very good quality gastro pub food with a great atmosphere and very friendly accommodating staff. It is located in a restored early 20th century train station building at the Metro North station along the Hudson River. Cozy and comfortable in winter and great outdoor dining in warmer months with views of the Hudson for an affordable price and often live music. Highly recommend this restaurant.
