Best European Restaurants in Berkeley

Valentine's Day 2025. Food and service were phenomenal (as has always been my experience). Although the menu was similar (if not an exact replica) to what was offered in 2024, the food is so delicious and there are enough options offered that they could keep it the same for 3 years and you'd still have options to try something new. One key "rave" is that last year they had no non-alcoholic beverages to offer, but we were both pleasantly surprised and extremely happy that they heard our feedback and had a few non-alcoholic options available this year, including a non-alcoholic virgin champagne which was *very* good. 10/10 would recommend, and would of course come back for more.

A wonderful dining experience all around. Great food, service and ambiance. I appreciate the careful sourcing of their food - everything is fresh and tasty.

Waiters were polite and always around when we needed something. The meatballs were amazing! The tzatziki was amazing as well!

I met up with three friends who live in the neighborhood (I work there, but live elsewhere) and we truly had a wonderful experience! We had flights of wine (paired with chocolates), then ordered glasses of the ones we most enjoyed and also shared a delicious charcuterie board among us. The staff was incredibly kind, thoughtful & went above and beyond multiple times to make us feel welcome and to create a delightful experience, filling the evening with treats and the best service I've had in awhile. This is going to be a regular go-to for us! Thank you all so much for a fabulous evening!
